Sunoo never believed in Heaven or Hell-until the night he died. One moment he was a college student racing toward his future; the next, he was plummeting into a realm of fire and shadows, face-to-face with the Seven Deadly Sins themselves. But instead of devouring him, they saved him. Held him. Protected him. And then sent him back. Sunoo wakes in a hospital bed, alive but changed, surrounded by terrified friends who think he simply collapsed. They don't see the faint shimmer of phantom wings behind him, or the way the shadows in the corners move when he breathes. They don't hear the voices of the Sins whispering through the cracks of reality. But someone else does. Lucifer-their seven-foot-tall creator, ancient and impossibly powerful-wants to know why a fallen angel survived a plunge that should have erased his soul. Why the Sins chose him. And why Sunoo carries a light Heaven never intended humans to hold. Because Sunoo's fall wasn't an accident. His death wasn't a mistake. And the seven beings who saved him may be the only ones who can protect him from the truth waiting to hunt him. When an angel returns to Earth, Heaven notices.
