I have several friends who are very hardworking people and who have helped me a lot during my long recovery.

As a way of saying thank you for each of these people, I decided to make this book.

And don't any of you dare to claim that you don't deserve these tiny gifts or that you haven't done anything to help, you have done a lot of things, so hush and let me do at least this for you.
