Come see a beautiful, mouth-dropping, kick-ass story unravel that will leave you gasping for more. ** I gently laugh at something Julie says even though it's a joke I've heard almost a hundred times. I'm simply here as a wing man, even though by the looks of it, I'm not needed. Julie's got all the luck with men, with me? Not so much. Don't get me wrong I've had boyfriends before... but they are so clingy. I like to cuddle, snuggle, and all those goods. But PDA is definitely not how I swing. Jule says something to get my attention back on her and a hot guy. She gives me a look and that's how I know my line is here... I look at the clock on my phone and say "Oh jeez, Jule. Look at the time. We really must be heading out, our friends are waiting for us. You know how they get. " And with that I give Jule a minute to rap up. But I can feel Goosebumps appear on my arm through my short sleeved shirt and coat. Someone's looking at me, I turn around and put my hand in my coat pocket feeling a smooth metal that I know so well comfort me. My hand instinctively raps around the barrel. I move my head around and squint my eyes to look through crowds of people before seeing who was looking- no, staring at me. Violet eyes meet my ocean blue ones and I'm reminded of a night not so long ago that was almost my last.

[COMPLETED] "Shoot," Joey mumbles, letting out a string of profanities under his breath. We turn around to find a group of men, all with guns, standing where we just came from, and they look pissed... probably because they were forced to run through this tunnel after us. "Thought you could get away, didn't you?" The man who I saw before asks. His husky voice booms in the hollow tunnel, reverberating off of the dirt walls. His voice sounds familiar, and a realization strikes me. It sounds like the man from my dream. I remember him holding a gun and wearing a blue suit, smiling evilly at me. "Leave us alone," Joey says, sounding dangerous and snapping me out of my thoughts. The levity of the situation hits-we need to get out of here. I look around for a route of escape and thankfully I see a light, literally, at the end of the second tunnel. I let out a small, almost inaudible, gasp and nudge Joey. He looks at me and I subtly gesture with my head to the second tunnel. He glances at it and immediately we are on the same page. His jaw sets and he looks at the group. The man speaks up again, chuckling darkly-a sound I will never forget and will be permanently etched into my brain, "You can thank your father for starting this mess." -------------------------- Liza was a normal teenaged girl, living the average life that an eighteen year old girl should be living.
