I met you during the summer...11 years ago. You and I were 5 when we first met.

I was with the other kids playing hide and seek, until I saw you, by yourself, reading a book. It was called "A Winter Morning". Seeing a kid the same age as I was, read such a thick book, made my eyes light up.

I always saw you when I walked into class. You were in the back, either reading a book, doing homework, or drawing.

'I wonder who he is?' I thought to myself.

This is a book about two boys who met each other when they were kids. They both so happened to live next to each other and their mother's were great friends as well. It didn't take long for the two to become very close friends as the years passed.

Kou, a shy kid growing up, was never very social or had many friends. In fact, (Y/n) was Kou's very first friend. He would always read a book titled "A Winter morning". (Y/n) didn't know what it was about since Kou would never show him and it was never in any book stores. Every time (Y/n) would ask for the book, he got the same reply "There isn't a book called that here..." (Y/n) soon gave up looking for the book. Instead, he tried to look at Kou's book but he has never been successful.

Now the two are Highschoolers. Kou is still trying to figure out his feeling for his best friend. Will both their stories end with a happy ending?
