On the third of January, 2000, a battered APC limps to a halt in the shadow of a bridge across the great Western highway. Aboard are seven survivors of a savage attack that tore through new millennium revellers and burned the city they'd known all their lives to cinders. Taken in by a group of survivors, they struggle to prepare for the civil war they known is coming.... But it's impossible to see all the pieces when you're just a pawn. Not all heroes wear capes, not all villains wear black hats and wax their moustaches, and reality is amazingly subjective.
A strange, probably disjointed story that follows the survivors of an apocalypse in a slightly alternate Earth.

That is until she crosses paths with Nate and his daughter, Emmi. Emmi is not and cannot be vaccinated against the disease, so the only way to protect her and give her some kind of life is to reunite her with her estranged mother in a quarantine zone on the other side of the country. Charlotte wants nothing to do with Nate or the girl who looks like her dead sister. She does not want to go through the grief of losing people again if something bad was to happen. And something bad does happen when Emmi is kidnapped, and it is no one's fault but Charlotte's. Through this obligation alone, Charlotte feels like it is her responsibility to get Emmi back, to right her wrong. In helping Nate pursue his kidnapped daughter, Charlotte inadvertently allows herself to feel again, to care for those other than herself. But with the clock ticking, Charlotte's new found family may just end up like her own, dead and destroyed, if Emmi is exposed to the disease that her father tried so hard to protect her from.Complete
The Parallels
Everything changed when that power plant exploded, when the two worlds combined. Everybody has a doppelganger, a much darker, much more sinister doppelganger. Apocalypse Demonization
A young girl trying to live during an apocalypse on Earth, but she is unlike the others: she's a demon, but not like the infected newly turned demons, she had been born one and knew what was happening. From helping demons become under control of themselves to preventing new cases and confronting the government about the epidemic, she is going to have to fight for all to save the planet. It was a normal day before everything went up in flames. A nature research facility exploded, covering the town in a thick cloud of purple smoke, turning every bug and insect into giant mutants out for blood. People ran every which way as the world we once knew went down in flames. Blood filled the streets as the ones left only watched in horror as their loved ones got eaten alive. Five groups of survivors-that's all that was left of the once overflowing town. The new Humanity group, the new government and law enforcers. God's Saviours, the ones who think they are chosen by God himself to create a new world. Mother Nature's group they are the ones planting new crops, living off the gifts Mother Nature provides for them. Scavengers, the protectors, the ones not afraid to stand face to face with danger. They kill the mutants and go outside the gates to collect stuff from the outside world. Then there are the Traders; they buy stuff from the Scavengers, trading it with the other groups for other goods. If you want something, ask them and they will get it for you, but only for the right price. They try and build a semi-normal life. But will the survivor ever restore the humanity of their beloved town? Or will this fragile new order be built on the same vicious power structures that defined the old world, the one that was controlled by the mafia?
