Under the Surface

"I mean aren't they all the same?" He asks, losing a touch of his cool but still keeping his façade in check, "they make a date, you arrive late, they bore you half to death talking about family or sports or some other bullshit you have no interest hearing and I come rescue you in the end. Why don't you skip the propaganda and go with me to a resort in Hawaii?"
