Halloween sweet Halloween,
Day to die and day to live.

There's a story about a town
Listen carefully and don't make a sound.

Back in time to 1986
When the autumn and scary vibes mix

Group of kids with pumpkin bags
And with them two douchebags

The young ones calling at the door with joy
The older ones seem not to enjoy.

Skinny hand opens the door
And looks at her visitor

"Sorry I got no treats
But for you I got some tricks"

Next day's news were not as sweet
Three kids missing, one without regret

Black cat walking down the street
Knowing where the bodies are kept

This is where my story ends,
With a tip for you, my friends.

If your poor or if you are rich
Never,ever,trust a witch.

When her bright and busy children learn that a priceless ruby bracelet has been stolen and a six-figure reward is being offered, they convince her to try to do what the police, museum security, and the best private investigators have failed to do. Working against them is a notorious thief who has met people from around the world, but who has never once encountered a woman like Melody Scott. When the sweet innocence of the Scott family clashes against criminal forces more dangerous than they ever imagined, Melody is all too aware that a mom's got to do what a mom's got to do to protect her family.
