There, she meets a group of real murderers, and though she tries to stay far away from them, they seem to have a purpose for her. Despite her fear of them, her fate keeps dragging her towards them and their impossible claim that something has called them together to save the world. This story is inspired by ancient China and doesn't have a specific time period it plays out in (remember that it's a fantasy world and not meant to be 100% history accurate, it's a world I made not a documentary lol) and all characters are my own and I do not allow for them to be used (fanart or fanfics are okay as long as you give credit!), I cannot say more than that without spoiling everything! but if you enjoy reading Danmei you will surely love this! I am actively working on getting my drawings in the chapters! and I use modern (not American) time and measurement increments so that nobody has to go and google it just to keep reading lol A GENERAL TW: there is gore, SA, torture, just in general gruesome stuff but it's all part of the story line and things WILL get better, there is both a ton of hurt and a ton of comfort so do not worry! It's not her fault she's this way, it's more her mum's, Cheryl Kim, as she never raised her as she should've done. Nina agrees to a 'friend' to venture into a new world to distract herself from reality but finds herself remembering dreams, as well as nightmares, she's had in the past. She meets familiar faces along the way, as well as ones she must get rid of permanently. But will that happen? Understand the world of one that lives it differently by exploring with Nina what she sees and what this world entails for her. Will it be pretty? Will it be gruesome? Will she learn something?
