This is the story of how men become monsters not how a monster becomes men. How one loses themselves to the metamorphosis.
The year is 848 A.D, Aksel a young warrior heading off to battle in the name of his village and his promised. He would do anything to protect his home and future. Fate had a cruel joke instore for him. Something horrible happened when he left for battle but he has no memory of any of it. Not even from his life before.
He woke up surrounded by a massacre, naked with dried blood clinging to his skin. Blood soaked the snow. The wind screeching in his ears. His belly churning with bloodlust and insatiable hunger. Strangers come beckoning him back home only to have chaos and blood follow. What he's becoming follows him close behind.
Pushing him to find Tazim, a witch but something much more. She holds the truth and the cure for Aksel and but will she help him? What could she gain from him? She'd only want to possess his soul but would he be willing to give it to her maybe even protect her? It wouldn't stop her own monsters bite at her heels. Her motives forever unclear . Yet it doesn't stop their fates from intertwining.
This is the becoming, a story of how men are undone. There is no redemption for monsters and the Gods love cruel jokes.
*Authors note* this is unedited and I'll update at least once a week:) but this shouldn't go without saying it's a mixed gothic fantasy. I hope readers enjoy this story as much as I enjoy writing it so far.

The day after an ordeal happens which causes Dazod to have to stay in the human dimension and having to protect Esme... even if he didn't want to at first. THIS BOOK IS COMPLETED but it will be HEAVILY EDITED and have things added to it in the future. I wrote this book when I was much younger. I didn't expect it to reach this amount of popularity so I will devote my time to bettering it in the future. ------------------ Every year, in our village and the neighbouring villages, we encounter, on what is suppose to be the most divine and celebrated day of the year, a visit from the 'big bad wolf'. At least that's what the children call him. Adults like to call him "inhuman" or a "wild ravenous monster". However, the majority settle for "beast". No one knows why he ruins this specific day for us, the day we can celebrate our species: werewolves. Some despise him for taking this day from us and forcefully exchanging our merry and joyful laughs to screams of fear. When that specific day of the year approaches us, none of us are ever prepared for it. He always comes at night. We are told to lock our windows, draw our curtains and our doors. We are told to hide. There's one main rule that we have: don't look at him. Because if you do, no one knows what'll happen to you. Maybe that's the worse part, not knowing your fate. Not knowing the outcome of your foolish actions. If he comes roaming your streets, you have a right to be scared. Us "maidens" are always encouraged to hide ourselves the most, it's women that he supposedly wants more. However, I believe that that is a cautionary excuse. He'll take you, no matter how old or how young, no matter how innocent or how corrupt, no matter your gender, all it takes is a look. By becoming a prodigy she is transferred to an all monster high school/college and is the first human to ever attend the school. Hoping she can gain power and knowledge through her school and her peers, she will try her hardest, but will it be enough?

Dillon hates his mate and waiting tell he is old enough to reject her. He dose what he can, ignores her, forgets her, because she is nothing but a pathetic human. Or so she thought... . . .
