I put on the kettle. No doubt in my mind that would ease her pathetic need for coffee. Claiming she's sick and tired and that she needed to sleep. I'm sick. Im tired. I'm sick and tired of watching her waste away in to a shadow of her self I was at my wits end.

Malakah rose's chances of being everything her mother wanted had gone out the window along with the love she was craving. The day she had found her supposed fiancé shacked up with some women. She had fled back to her apartment. Back to her old life. But she couldn't deny the gaping hole in her chest.
