Night Smith. That's what everyone calls her. Except Marco Diaz, behind her back he calls a creep, but that's unimportant. Night wanted to be your average everyday girl. She never wanted to be traumatized. She never wanted to be an orphan. She never wanted to wind up in a crazy adventure. She never wanted to find out everything she knew about herself was wrong. But unfortunately, that's what happened. She can at least blame half of those problems on a girl named Star Butterfly.

Far far away in a magical land called Mewni, lived a princess, Star Butterfly-the only child of Queen Moon and King River Butterfly, and heir to the throne. When you think of a princess, you might think of someone proper, sophisticated, and graceful. Well, throw that thinking out the window because Star was not like that. If the people of Mewni were asked what they thought of the princess, they would use words such as "Weird," "Immature," "Reckless," and "Irresponsible." It didn't matter if she was fighting monsters, attending dance parties, or sliding down rocky mountains. She just wanted to have fun. Anything was better than being stuck in a stuffy castle. Star's life was going well, more or less, but little did she know how much it would change soon. And later down the line, how much she would change the world. (this is a rewrite of svtfoe. I know nothing about writing a book or a show but I thought I would give it a shot just for fun. Happy ten-year anniversary svtfoe!)
