She's fun loving, living life to the fullest. Dr Sonakshi Bose, a Bengali nutritionist in America. Her life was void of drama until Mr Adrian Ivashkov aka Mr Obhodro arrived in her life, he insulted her profession and disrespected her existence.

Adrian Ivashkov only knows two things, one that he loves his mother and two that he has to fulfill her dream and work as hard as he can. He will do anything for his mother even if it means uprooting a small middle class nutritionist's job and asked her to look after his mother.
