She looked out the window, brows furrowed. What was she going to do?
She'd been so suffocated and anxious, she'd ran away from everything. She didn't know what to do. Most people in her position would be heartbroken- so why wasn't she?
Why didn't she cry? Why didn't it hurt? Why didn't she care?
For the life of her, she couldn't figure it out. She'd been with Sebastian for years- they'd spent the majority of their lives together. He'd proposed to another woman, and all she could feel was relieved. He'd cheated on her for years and she was jumping with joy!
What was wrong with her? Why couldn't she feel anything?
She didn't know, and it scared the life out of her. Everyone walked on eggshells around her, and it was only so many pitying stares she could deal with before she finally snapped.
Before she knew it she'd bought a ticket and hopped on the first train out of town. She didn't even know where she was going! But she didn't care.
