A prequel of Rebecca SuperStar 1, before Rebecca was born, before Autism have color powers, before villains took over Salvania, before Salvania is the strongest country. There was Tracy and Macy going on each planets, revive Dragonesse after she died in 1922 and then she got a mutation of her rainbow genetics causing her to lay Shiny colored eggs instead of a regular dragon egg. They saw an Autism Boarding School that wasn't popular yet and helping them to save the world for the very first one during the 1980s.
