Rose is a typical 15-year old, teenage girl.
She lives with her mom in San Diego, California. Her dad left them when she was 5-years old. 
When she was 13, she had her first boyfriend. But when she finds out he had been cheating on her since the beginning, she vows that she won’t fall in love, or date another guy (even if it was a dare).  
But what happens when a new person comes into her life.
And to be more exact, that person results to be a cute guy.
Will she break her vow?
Or will she keep it, and just be friends?
