Pokemon Adventures- Nyx and the Legend of Zelda

From the very beginning of Hyrule's History there has been the shadow clan, the people who practiced shadow magic and watched history unfold like a warm blanket, shaken out in the breeze. They have never interfered, just transferred their knowledge to an ancient blade, hidden by spells and time. Legend has it that one who will bring Hyrule back from the brink of ultimate destruction will wield the blade of shadow and stand alongside the heroes of legend.

When Nyx finds a strange sword in a cave on the Great Plateau, she thinks it is just a weapon. She starts to have visions though, of the past and of a strange woman, Midna. Through that she finds out that she has some connection to her but when Ganondorf awakens, she must fight alongside the heroes of legend to defeat him. But the battle goes awry.
Nyx is sucked into a portal of Ganondorf's making and is transported to another world, one filled with strange creatures called Pokemon. Ganondorf falls with her but through Dark Magic splits his essence into four spheres of energy. Two of the spheres continue with Nyx and her companion wolf but two others find their way back to Hyrule, waiting to reunite with the others to form his most notorious reincarnation, Ganon. Nyx has lost her memories though and her old power lies dormant beneath the surface of her being. She allies with some trainers she meets in the new world and embark on a journey to regain her memories and finish Ganon once and for all.
