Dabi didn't think that getting hit with a quirk in the middle of a battle against the heroes would bring him back in time. He didn't think it would restore his old looks either but here he is. Midoriya has become an annoyance to the league. Killing Midoriya has proven too difficult, and the league has learned that turning a UA student against heroes isn't easy from kidnapping Bakugou, so instead they gather reinforcements to capture Midoriya by using the combined efforts of two quirks: Suggestion and Overwhelm.
