Astra is the name given to a society divided into 12 Sectors.
In each Sector lives the members of a particular astrological sign, and their compatible spouses. When children are born under a different sign to their parents, they are taken away.
Kaida is an Aries, born to a Cancer and a Scorpio. She was hidden and rebranded a Sagittarius - birth certificates were changed and secrets kept. But a government official has begun to suspect her of her true sign, and she is thrust into a dangerous situation.
