And that was that the government made it a law that nothing bad could ever happen. No crimes, no arguments, no fights. The citizens would all be kept calm and they would be kind to each other. Obviously, this failed. Crime broke out. Everyone was fighting each other and the society the government promised turned into a disaster. So, the government decided to do something about it. They decided that everyone who rebelled against them or did anything bad would be put into a perfect android body which was devoid of doing anything wrong. But, they would also be drained of their freedom and emotion. They would be slaves to the government. The majority submitted to the government's orders. But some didn't.
