Don't get me wrong, Jacob Ambrose is still an ignorant and egotistical asshole towards people. But he has a different relationship with Violet. He felt the need to have her. But he would never admit it.
Violet keeps secrets from many people. She's trying to find information about her family while also investigating the disappearance of her best friend Izzy. Will Jacob be the key to her finding out answers? Or will he drag her into more secrets full of manipulation, deceit, and lies?
