se·ren·i·ty / səˈrenitē: the state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled.

Mayleigh Hanson has always believed her life's been at serenity but when senior year comes, that'll have to change.
Trying to keep her grades up with the amount of books she reads, might be tough, especially when you have a partying bestfriend on your case 24/7.
Will she be able to survive through high school obstacles and avoid anything that will stop her from her dream of college? Or will secrets take over her so-called normal lifestyle, and grant her a new dream?

Dustin Clarke is the school's known rich, handsome, party boy. For a party boy, you'd expect playboy to be tattooed onto his forehead, right?
Wrong.
Dustin keeps to himself and his small group of friends due to his treacherous past, but when he encounters Mayleigh in a strange place at an odd time maybe he's found someone to open up to.
Or maybe a better reason to keep to himself.

When secrets fill the air instead of love; tension breaks out.
What would you choose?
Your dream or a new fantasy?
What happens when you can't have either?
Will they make each others lives better than serenity or will they let fate take over the decision for them?
