One of the Different Ones

It's midnight and I came up with a Hetalia idea, and predictably, it's an idea that will seem pretty darn random. On the other hand, it might not, and it might actually be more complex than it sounds at some points, with hidden meanings and easily missed foreshadowings and other things like that. I'll try to make it a good story, at least. ;)
