"The Queen Bee of Sterling Haven high school, cheerleader, and long running president of Drama Club. I was simply the number one bitch. And I hated it." Camilla-Mariana has always been a nature born bitch and had a no bullshit policy. It wasn't her intention of running the school but she took on the job with no regrets. Now its her senior year and she's willing to take some risks and let loose before graduating. Not as big of a risk as confessing her love to Lorelee Lilac, a gentle and shy outcast, who is far below Camilla's social ranks. It doesn't seem to help that the school's tolerance is running thin and homophobes are starting to get more bold. Through self conflict and turmoil, follow Camilla on her journey to discovery that changing someone else doesn't matter, its self improvement that helps you in the long run.

An old curse, a green-haired info dumping tsundere, small town legends, and actual lesbians in Michigan (Real!) are things I never thought I'd run into transferring to an all-girls boarding school for my senior year but, here I am. ***** Hey, I'm Jocelyn. Just Jocelyn. I'm an 18-year-old with a sarcastic/pessimistic sense of humor (according to my friend Marianne). I'm a lesbian, model-turned-writer who decided to write her first story about herself. Yes I know how vain that sounds and I know how boring biographies can be (thanks Ms Emery) but don't worry enough happened my senior year to call this a story. A story where my goal of finishing high school is sort of thrown to the side as I deal with a "curse" that 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺 started sometime in the 70's and revolves around being blonde? Dumb curses aren't the only thing I'm burdened with at this school since I also have to make sure my friends don't secretly hate me, attend to that that green haired info dumping tsundere who I may or may not have feelings for and attend to an embarrassing ex who I may or may not still have feelings for. Stories have genres so let's see if I had to give my senior year a genre it would be a...coming of age rom-com maybe? Miss Author just nodded her head so I guess we'll go with that. So yeah that's the blurb. Hope you enjoy my story! When a laid back and rudely gorgeous city girl comes for her farmer's market crown, Sabina's dream of joining the family honey business is threatened - and her heart may just get stung too. *** Now that she's graduated high school, Sabina is ready to join her family's honey business, but her parents are convinced that there's no future for her in her small town. They're set on sending her to university, which she knows will be less fun than getting swarmed by angry bees. To prove that her place is on the honey farm, Sabina plans to impress her parents by winning the Best Vendor prize at the summer farmer's market. Her quest for the sweet prize gets sticky when a pretty city girl steals her table at the market and doesn't even feel bad about it. Mel's family has been the enemy of Sabina's for generations, and now this otherwise easygoing girl seems determined to continue the feud by beating Sabina to the Best Vendor prize. The competition would be no problem for Sabina... if Mel wasn't also gorgeous and maybe even a little funny. Sabina didn't plan for feelings, and if she gives in to the temptation she may lose her honey farm dreams. But Mel's love might be the one thing sweeter than honey, if she can avoid the sting. *** Complete at 82k words. *featured on Wattpad's Cottagecore Cute and A Latte Love reading lists*
