What was she thinking? Stupid human. That wolf posed a threat, and a big one at that. The Crown would be mine, I wanted it so bad. But the human screamed, her voice echoing in my head. I fell slightly, the retched screaming making it hard for me to think. I stared at the wolf in front of me, I knew it so well. She starred back at me, peculiar yellow-green eyes that matched mine. There was a sort of pleading in her eyes, I shook my head trying to concentrate. And then I charged. Riley and Reed Felton are twin sisters, and the best of friends. They swore to each other that nothing would ever come between them. They never thought they'd be in line for the Crown of Alphas.
