Hey guys, i know that in my story I probably didn't describe what the town of Long Hill looks like. But, if you have ever seen the movie Safe Haven, which is also a book by Nicholas Sparks, I am picturing my town like that just a bit more hills, and a little more tropical. Just letting you know. Now here is the description:
Amy has just graduated college and immediately has a new job. Haiden has been fighting for his country ever since they graduated high school. Amy has a hard time with Haiden being gone considering that they were together all throughout high school. Will Haiden ever make it home? What will happen to Haiden and Amy?

The story is set during the time period of "The Hunger Games" (book one of the trilogy). It is written from the perspective of Gale Hawthorne, and does not concern any events in books two and three. This is my first fan fiction, my first "real" attempt at long form prose writing, and my first Wattpad story. I appreciate constructive feedback, but please, no hate. While the characters and some plot points are based off of Suzanne Collins's Hunger Games Trilogy, (which I in no way own the rights to) I have created this story using my own imagination.
