Adeline Drakov is confused. Which is a good word for her situation. She doesn't know exactly who she is. When she was nine, her mother sent her off to some summer retreat. In that place she learns that she's half human and half Greek god. But her heritage was something the other Recruits looked down upon. So she left.
After seven years, they ask her back to the Retreat. Saying that she's in great danger, and that she must go to the Three sisters to learn her fate and go on a quest to find out who she really is. What she really is.
