This is how it starts, at the beginning. There's not much to say, Lynn Maxine Evans, lived with her parents Louis and Justin Evans, in England after her father was requested to work as the right-hand of the Queen of England-Queen Elizabeth 2. Lynn fell in love with her neighbor Matthew, when her dog-Evan-ran over to Matthew while he was walking home, Matthew brought Evan back to little Lynn and they met. Then, one day after Lynn turned fifteen (15), Matthew decoded to take Lynn out on a date (since they were older). That night, when Lynn got home, she found her father drunk and upset and only then did she regret going out. Having lived in a home with an abusive father, a cowardly mother and no Matthew, got to Lynn. She had to move back to America and back to her hometown in Georgia. There Lynn reunites with her best friends and adopted sister, Cate Reynolds. She faces the challenges of the Rich Kids. The Rich Kids are a group of girls and some guys who everyone knows and hates. The "Queen" of the group is Rachel Adams. She has a rep for being a snob, petty, slutty, etc. With the opportunities to go to colleges with three (3) scholarships is amazing. Lynn's Junior year, she's the leading woman of the school's musical, The Sound Of Music. But what happens when the love of her life makes an unexpected appearance and is also the leading man? What happens when fate brings her face-to-face with the boy she thought she'd never see again? Nicky quickly realizes airing her emotions out in public via a number-one, hit song can make things complicated fast. As Nate and Nicky reconnect and navigate through their past, truths are revealed, assumptions are at an all-time high, and a publicity nightmare looms which jeopardizes all she's worked so hard for. While Nicky's misfortunes add up, she realizes fame comes with a price. She begins to understand the cold, hard facts, keeping her career intact as country's "it" girl and maintaining a personal life may be more difficult than it sounds, especially when you're living through a public scandal.
