It seems the only thing keeping her going is to protect her foster sister from the scumbags who wish to do harm. So it becomes a difficult task for her to adapt to her new home. Not because of a poor neighborhood but because her new home is owned by a wealthy and extremely nice family. By using her odd behavior, Sara must cope with this new and weird environment in hopes that they could settle for her sister's sake.

Oliver is reacting to Sara being alive and ensouled again and it has a ripple effect on the whole team.

She had no clue till she was needed. Kept in the dark her whole life but then they needed her. She was ordinary but then a life she forgot calls her to go from school work to working with the government. But that didn't mean she hasn't made enemy's. EDITED VERSION

Broken down and rebuilt into the perfect soldier, one who had the power to change the world, to fight battles that would either make or break the carefully constructed vision we all live in. The only small, minute, really unimportant detail - it's pretty hard to get into a government classified site when you're 15 years old and have a rag-tag team of double-crossing back-stabbers behind you. Not to mention the threat of a world war and ghost hanging above your head. Armed with sarcasm, wit, and a hell of a lot of aggressive intentions, it won't be too long till a sticky situation is all that's ahead of you.
