In a world where the local indian chief notices there numbers are going down do to mating with the white man coming over, he sets up a system where everyone at the age of 16 has to either find an indian love or die trying.This is still in tac 200 years later and Margo is not happy about it. She finally has to head into the forest this year and find her husband. For her gift from home she brings a hat her father gave her the night he died.
