Victoria Smith, a teenage girl, who happens to have a imagination so strong that she is not sure whether or not her hallucinations are real. This causes her parents to take her to a hospital. Where it is discovered that her imagination is slowly constricting the blood circulation to her brain.
She will spend her last three weeks of her life in the hospital. With a boy she cannot tell is real or just a hallucination.
