A story about a young girl who was experimented on as a child by her father. She gained unbelievable power because of one of the failed experiments. The failed experiment caused her to see things others couldn't, which changed her right eye from gold to green. People call her condition 'Psycho Condition', because they think she's crazy. But it's them who's not in touch with reality. Her name is Hana Saito.
