"Do you wish to die, Dr. Sadia?" He inquired all of a sudden, catching her off guard. She was taken aback with his question. What the hell type of question was that?
"Of course not." She mumbled through my tears.
"Will you do anything to live?"
"Yes." She immediately said without thinking.
"Alright then," he lowered the gun. She let out a breath that she hadn't even realised that she was holding in.
He walked towards her and caught her arm and began to drag her back to the car.
She was relieved beyond belief. 'Is he letting me go? He didn't kill me that that means he's letting me go.' She thought innocently.
"Are you letting me go?" She inquired in a hushed voice. He scoffed and pulled opened the passenger seat door and shoved her inside. "No," he stood by the door and leaned inside so that he was inches away from her face.
"You said you'll do anything to live, right?"
"Yes." she gulped, not liking the sound of this.
He smirked as his eyes flashed and she saw his expression change from deadly lethal to mischievous.
"Welcome to the world of the Mafia Dr. Sadia. You've just become our most important collateral at winning many battles in this Mafia war."
Dr. Sadia Rehman is taken as collateral by Zameer Sheikh, in order for him to redeem himself and prove his loyalty and devotion to his boss.

He was unnecessarily close to Carmin, but the lack of boundaries didn't seem to deter her from eating in the slightest. Carmin pierced her lips, her head shook as she smiled up at Lucien, "Well then you are being followed by a man with a gun Mr. Fiore, you should really be more aware of your surroundings." Her comment was short, brisk, and coated in annoyance. Lucien stared at her for a second before leaning back in his chair, flashing his gun in the process before he moved his suit jacket black into place. He nodded to himself, "Alright. I am threatening you. Don't fuck up this case. You're job is to make this go away. You know this charge is bogus, they are after me. My brother did nothing wrong." "He got caught with an unregistered gun and a vial of ketamine." She responded dryly. Lucien grunted, "You're supposed to be the best." His voice was tight, eyes narrowed. Carmin brushed her hands together to rid the crumbs and shrugged, "So are you." She shot back, "OmertΓ or not, Mr. Fiore, everyone knows you run Casa Moretti. It is just a matter of proving it. I ran downstairs into the living room, my heart pounding as I found all my brothers gathered around Nefeli. Her eyes were frantic, scanning the room, desperately searching for me. The scream that bastard had let out earlier must have reached her... The moment our eyes met, she practically threw herself at me, wrapping her arms around me so tightly I could barely breathe. I stood frozen for a moment, unsure of what to do. I hugged her back anyway... Even though I had no idea what was going on. "Thank God you're safe" she murmured in my ear, her voice trembling, leaving me even more confused. I glanced at my brothers. They all looked just as lost as I was. Except for Aiden and Alex. They were motioning for me to hold on. "Of course I'm okay, Nefeli. What happened?" I asked, my heart tightening. I hated seeing her like this, so worried and panicked. "I-I heard Alex and Aiden talking in Italian!" she stammered, her eyes wide with panic. "They said something about the Mafia! Are we being threatened by the Mafia?"
