Chloe Graceman likes to believe she's normal, but because evil witch Aunt Meredith took her voice and forces Chloe to grow up a mute in a world of unrealized magic, it's kind of hard to keep the 'normal' thing going. At least that's what Chloe thought before the new guy, James Clark, decides to steal her heart and open her up to a whole new way of life.
