Nyx Rivers changed her identity when she had a chance to run away from her poor and opressed home town, and escape the law in the process. She slowly climbed her way up the social ladder by working hard, keeping her head down and her lips sealed. As she lands a new job, she has to deal with all the cold and ruthless men surrounding her, who have been playing politics far longer than Nyx, while hiding the fact that she's an impostor. If this isn't stressful enough, she gives into her curiosity and accidently finds out her boss' darkest secret.
