[SEQUEL TO I DIDN’T KNOW I’M A ROGUE] Eli has been running with the rogues since he was thirteen and exiled by his pack. With becoming a rogue, Eli has had to learn how to care for no one but himself and to trust nobody. So when Eli is taken prisoner by a pack and offered the opportunity to join them, he declines in favor of the rogue lifestyle. However, when Eli discovers his mate as a part of that pack, will he go against his nature and join them? There’s also the issue of the large debt hanging over his head. Dot is bored. She’s tired of watching her friends go off and find their mates. She’s tired of being the Alpha’s daughter. All Dot asks for is a little excitement. So, when a rogue is taken prisoner, she’s more than ecstatic… that is, until she finds out he’s her mate. Rogues are known for rejecting their mates, so will Eli do the same?

Book 1 in the Clearwater series Maybelle Smith, or Rose as she is more known, is about as stereotypical as you get when it comes to a teenager. She hates school, her brother pisses her off, sarcasm is her first language, and she can't stand her math teacher. Oh, yeah, and she's a werewolf, but what's a few minor details here and there. Everything is all peaches and cream until her eighteenth birthday roles around, when she finds out her supposed 'fated mate' is her ex best friend who is also the alpha of a very touchy rival pack that hates her guts. So of course they'd be forced into marriage to avoid an attack from crazy rouges, and of course the two packs would have to live under the same roof; I mean, life just wouldn't be right if not. So, just to recap, Rose has to mend bonds with her 'mate,' get two sworn enemies to work as one, prevent a possible massacre, and is still expected to get an A on her next math test. But like I said, minor details.
