In A Sunset's Last Sunset, we saw what happened to Sunset Shimmer after the human versions of Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Applejack, and Fluttershy all turned their backs on Sunset instead of offering her friendship. In doing so, Sunset suffered massive bullying to the point where she was physically harming herself, not knowing that her brother Garrett was still alive. And in the end, the bullying was too much for Sunset, to the point where she took her own life. But soon all that was undone in The Sunset Redemption when Raphael of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles went back in time and successfully saved Sunset from killing herself, giving her the happy ending she deserved.
