Ahana and Manvika met in New York and became soul sisters. Ahana, an orphan, never experienced a parent's love, while Manvika had a family that never cared for her. Despite their painful pasts, they became each other's strength. But a horrific accident changed their lives forever. The tragedy left Ahana needing facial reconstruction surgery-giving her an identical face to Manvika. Now, Ahana lives as Manvika, hiding her true identity.
