My name is Erik Galen Menendez and I am writing to you from a very small jail cell known as my new place of residence. I am the kid who killed his parents and no guilt or river of tears has changed that. As I am writing this story to you, I have been in prison for exactly one year and it is complete torment both day and night. I haven't spoken to my brother Lyle since the morning that I was brought here. I miss him, I also miss my life and my freedom. But I will never miss the abuse and torment that our sick parents put us through.
