Jason had a rough time dealing with his sexuality since middle school because of bullying and picking but now has learned to love himself and found a way to accept the truth. Has a history of being in terrible relationships with guy's but not so much with girls, His last relationship was with Joshua in California, things were going great till Jason had to choose from staying in California and stay with his boyfriend or move to Philly to go to college, He choose his career and that cause Joshua to break up with Jason since he didn't feel comfortable with the long distance but would this be the last time they talk to each other or will things get fixed between them who knows, but this choose he made left Jason broken for a while but learned to let go and continue on moving on. Jason began to like Alex back in middle school but never expressed his feelings to him because of the thought of him not feeling the same way that's why Jason would keep a journal to express his emotions on paper. Which would change everything in the future, With the thought Jason had of Alex not feeling the same way didn't stop him from having a close connection with him. They would text/call and do what bros do like play video games when Alex found Jason on Facebook. Which is why they are so close together when Jason moves back to Philly, But its more than love Jason faces in the story, he also has to face the death of his younger sibling Angelica. Which drives Jason into depression and then feels guilty for her death even though he's clearly innocent, eventually he'll learn to take the time to tell everyone you love that you love them, and to not waste time with people who don't truly deserve your love and time.
