The Royal families, Mazur & Belikova singed a peace treaty. The prince of Russia must have a selection of girls from Turkey, and any Royal princess of Turkey has to join. 
Dimitri Belikov is a nice, caring and powerful prince who takes on whatever challenge he has to face for his family. Also a total ladies man.  FAMILY & LOVE IS ALL THAT MATTERS to him. 
Rose Mazur is the very powerful, headstrong, and emotionless princess who will do anything for her kingdom. Rose doesn't show any emotions because in her eyes they make you weak. POWER AND HER FAMILY IS ALL THAT MATTERS to her. 

Very different but very similar.
