Midoriya does have a quirk and a pretty strong one too. It just causes a few problems for him.

Quirkless doesn't mean useless but because of how quirkless kids are being treated they often end up dead.. Izuku Midoriya is a kid that was born quirkless. Once his parents found out about this, they immediatelly abandoned him and threw him out on the streets. Now rouaming the steets and barely surviving he still finds a way to help people but not any avarage people, no he saved All for One and the other 4 LOV members. Follow Izuku as he struggles to survive while at the same time wanting nothing more than to end his own misary and becomes weaker and weaker with each passing moment. At the same time he will gain a family like no other. What will happen if the heroes find their villain lair. Will Izuku find a way to get back or will they change him for the better. I started watching Re:Zero and now I'm obsessed with it. I also like My Hero and am also obsessed with it. What did I do? Made a story. Izuku Midoriya was born into the world without a quirk. Alone, being assaulted by Bakugo everyday, he cracks. He wants to become a hero, but can he without a quirk... but does he actually not have one? Izuku Midoriya had everything a 4-year-old child could wish for. He had a family, a home and a quirk that was like no other. Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. He quickly found out that people are looking at him because of his quirk. All the people ever wanted was his quirk and not him. Years pass, and the little green bean learned to trust no one but himself. If one was to ask him what was his quirk, he would say he was quirkless. As such, with the teachers believing him, Midoriya decides to leave and attend the #1 hero school in the world located in America.
