This story revolves around the protagonist Naoe Yamato of the the Majikoi universe. Unbeknownst to him, he is actually the creation of a certain Professor made aboard an ark in space 50 years before his birth. How he came to be made, who he met in the beginning of his birth and what happened to have forced him to be reborn as the child of his birth parents will be answered as he lives on as an ordinary human.
