Gabriel is somehow resurrected and crash lands in the bunker library while Sam is in the middle of reading.
Jack is just happy because there's someone almost as powerful as him in the bunker, finally. Cas is glad to have his brother back and is more than happy not to question it. Dean is less happy about his return, but he lives with it because Cas is happy. And Sam? Sam's probably a little bit too happy.
