In futuristic 2049, world known Harmon Corps releases a new, highly anticipated product—drug, called The EmotiPills. With the intention to recreate human feelings, people all over America, and the world start to abuse the drugs, eventually causing everybody to lose all emotion and become a mindless slave. However, Connor McLaughlin and Summer Grimes are different, they're the only teenagers that aren't under mind control. When the government starts to fund Harmon Corps, their founding CEO reveals his plan for world domination, using the brainwashed humans. Connor and Summer find themselves looking for a cure along with a way to tear down the company in order to save society's last bit from crumbling.
