This is How I Disappear

When Nikolette Pechman moves to the small town of Monkshood, Washington to find some relief from her illness, she unknowingly puts herself at the center of the town's dark and mysterious secrets. Two teenagers have disappeared, and in a town as small as Monkshood, everyone is a suspect. Did the two run away from home like everyone says? Or is there something more sinister at play? With the help of a boy shunned by the rest of the town, Nikolette will discover the answer to these questions whether she likes it or not.
