I love to write it's how I cope with things. This is a little book made up of my little Slam Poems I've written. I don't know how long it will be or if it will ever be completed but... This is a little taste in my little depressive mind. None of these come with explanations you can interpret them as you please. In here will be a lot of anger and sadness but don't worry there will be some joyous and happy ones. (Not sure how many)

This is my autobiography, in a series of harsh and delicate words, painted as a story. Includes drugs, sex, alcoholism, depression, anxiety, self harm, suicidal tendencies, assault and other hard topics, so read at your own discretion. THIS IS THE TRIGGER WARNING. I wrote it, with the intention that, if there are people in the world who feel alone and misunderstood just like me, and can benefit in any way by relating to my stories in my poems, then I have done at least one thing right. Serena bartends. She doesn't drink, not anymore. Serena bartends so she doesn't drink but after seeing an old acquaintance with sad eyes and out-of-this-world muscles, Serena bartends to see him. Grayson is a firefighter going through a divorce so, he drinks. Cadence leaves an abusive boyfriend after years of abuse. She wants to find love, true love, can't live without you love! Can she make it through the lust, lies, and betrayal? Follow her on her journey as she meets new people and loses people along the way. This story may contain emotional triggers!! "As I'm undressing I can still see marks on my body. They don't stand out like they used to. In fact if you didn't know they were there you would probably wouldn't even notice them. After I turned to water to the shower on as hot as possible without burning my skin. I step into the shower and cry. I wasn't crying over Trevor anymore. These tears were for me. For the little girl who lost her dad, for the teenager who lost her mom, and for the adult who lost herself. It felt like the water was washing all the sadness off me because after 15 minutes of crying, it stopped. The sadness was gone. I felt something in me that reminds me of the person I used to be.
