Alexis was only a little girl when both her parents disappered on a mission for Team Rocket. Desperate enough to find out what happened to them, Alexis joins Team Rocket and tries to get promoted quickly to learn more about what happened that day. She will meet odd characters and learn more about the events in her childhood. Will Alexis's mission work out the way she planned?

It's been two years since Team Rocket was defeated for good, and months since Ash confessed his love to Serena. The young couple are now Research Fellows with their new friend, Goh, for Professor Cerise in Vermillion City. Meanwhile, Ash's rival, Timothy, and his partner, Electchu, learn of the Galar region shortly after winning the Hoenn League, and decide to compete in the region's Pokemon League.
