The Hutson family is full of trouble, all starting with Bridget, a talented witch, adopting Nova who happened to now have a step sister, Rose as well as plenty of other siblings.
Every one of them though has something dark and unique, a gift of some sort, all but Nova. After going through a life of adventure and pain as well as mystery she has three children, Imara, Akita and Tyler. All somehow end up having abilities Nova never had. Imara and Akita accept who they are however Tyler ran off from her magic boarding school
and changed her last name, hoping things would change.
However you can't escape who you are and her past find her. Tyler learns the disturbing reason she has powers and right at that time she realizes the fate and future of all magic depends on her. However she meets someone to help her in London, a handsomely distracting stranger, however something seams off, really off about him.

After learning how she got her powers Tyler's life is flipped and now consists of battling and surviving just for one cause. To kill her father or he would doom all of the magic in existence if he gets his hands onto the book that has been buried for a reason.

This is a Nick Armstrong fanfic because I absolutely love him! He definitely deserved more screen time. He was by far my favorite character and I cried when he died both times. It was so sad. I wish this show would of came out with a second season. Nick Armstrong was among one of her new witchy friends. He was the teenage boy who "dated" almost all the girls at his school. He never cared for a relationship. He was rude and disrespectful.
