Even before her boring little town was ransacked by an inter-dimensional monster and a mysterious little girl, she had endured. She always endured.
Being hardened from just getting out of an abusive relationship, she's looking to make new friends.

Moving into the small town of Hawkins during her sophomore year of high school wasn't a treat, but she didn't let it ruin her spirits too much. In fact, she even made some new friends along the way. She never really understood why everyone was obsessed with Steve. Or was everyone obsessed with his hair? She never knew. He could be a real asshole sometimes, too.
