Franklin City is home to everyone, including Marvin Whitfield. Marvin and all the other citizens of Franklin City do everything any person does. That was until a meteor from outer space landed on earth causing half of Franklin City's citizens to gain strange abilities. Or as some others call it, superpowers. Marvin was affected by this meteor but was then turned into Marvelous Man. Defender of Franklin City.
